WOW! How times have changed! I use to be so strict and so judgmental toward others who weren’t plant based or vegan. I couldn’t comprehend why people wouldn’t want to be plant based or vegan, when their is so much information on how dangerous certain non-plant based foods are.
Now, I have the mindset of just eat healthy, eat a balanced life. Too much of anything isn’t a good idea. For example, any diet that has you excluding nutritious foods can’t be sustained for a long period of time. The word diet has the word die instead of it, however, once you make the way you eat a lifestyle, it will bring you life; well if you are eating balanced.
A balanced lifestyle can include whatever you desire but you don’t exclude fruits, nuts, seeds, water, vegetables and healthy fats/oils.

Most of us exclude fruits from our lifestyle; when fruit provides the most nutrition out of all things. It’s loaded with vitamins and minerals and has many benefits.
Furthermore, some of us eat too much one thing and too little of another. For example, people eat too much protein and not enough vegetables; when vegetables provide more nutrition and some more protein than most well-known protein foods.
Too much protein is bad for the kidneys. Having too much protein can cause waste to build up in your blood. Your kidneys may not be able to remove all the extra waste; which can lead to illness or diseases.
With that being said, EAT A BALANCED PLATE!
