Partiality is unfair bias in favor of one thing or person compared with another; favoritism.

Leviticus 19:15
‘You shall do no injustice in judgment; you shall not be partial to the poor nor defer to the great, but you are to judge your neighbor fairly.

Deuteronomy 1:17
You shall not show partiality in judgment; you shall hear the small and the great alike. You shall not fear man, for the judgment is God’s. The case that is too hard for you, you shall bring to me, and I will hear it.’

James 2:1-4 2 My brothers and sisters, believers in our glorious Lord Jesus Christ must not show favoritism. ² Suppose a man comes into your meeting wearing a gold ring and fine clothes, and a poor man in filthy old clothes also comes in.³ If you show special attention to the man wearing fine clothes and say, “Here’s a good seat for you,” but say to the poor man, “You stand there” or “Sit on the floor by my feet,” ⁴ have you not discriminated among yourselves and become judges with evil thoughts?

If we can prove there is partiality( preference of others based upon an outer appearance or outward condition) then we can prove there is Racism. America would be guilty of this sin called racism.

Hence, America is set up black and white; one party is for the blacks and one party is for the whites. In addition, their was bias and discrimination then and their is bias and discrimination now.
