What’s Chromium ?

Chromium is an essential trace mineral required enhancing insulin function (which is the hormone that regulates blood sugar) and aids in the metabolism of macronutrients and cholesterol. It also assists with the proper metabolism of carbohydrates, fats, and proteins.

A compound naturally produced in the body, coenzyme Q10 improves blood sugar control, lowers blood pressure, and prevents oxidative stress caused by free radicals. Individuals with high blood sugar/cholesterol are often hard to be deficient in this compound.
