1 Week Social Media Detox Review

As you know, I took 1 week off from social media: Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook & Snapchat.

Things I experienced:

  • Being more in the moment
  • Less anxiety
  • More focused on my goals
  • More focused on myself (self-care)
