- Hanging Leg Raises
- T-Bar Russian Twist

- 100 Machine Crunches
Thursday – Arms/Shoulders (5 rounds x 15 reps)
- Biceps Hammer Curls w/ shoulder press
- One arm kettlebell stand ups
- Reverse curls w/ wrist curls
- DB isolating holds with band curls
- Chin Ups
- 100 Diamond Pushups
Friday – Chest/Back ( 5 rounds x 15 reps)
- DB Bench Press with Decline Pushups
- Hypertension with Cable Rows
- Wide Arm Pull Ups
- Single Arm DB Row
- Bosu Ball Pushups with Superman’s
- Wide Arm Pulldowns with Reverse
Saturday – Endurance
- Pool ( 5 laps)
- Spin Bike
- Boxing Bag w/ Kicking Bag
- Circuit: 100 jumping jacks, 100 Burpees x 2
Sunday – Yoga, Meditation, Mobility, Flexibility
