WE NEED AIR

Air is essential to human life. Humans can live without food for 4-6 weeks, without water for 3-5 days, but without air for only 3-4 minutes.

On average, we breathe about 20,000 times a day.

When we inhale, air fills the lungs and supplies the blood with oxygen. Without this process, the body would not receive the oxygen it needs to LIVE.

All cells need oxygen to carry out basic metabolic processes.

Oxygen helps break down glucose for energy during cellular respiration.

If you don’t have enough oxygen, cells don’t function properly.

  • Cells start to become diseased
  • When too many cells are diseased, you are officially diagnosed with a disease

Physiologist Arthur Guyton stated “all chronic pain, suffering and diseases are the result of a lack of oxygen at the cellular level”

Dr. Sebi stated “it’s oxygen that heals, nothing else but oxygen”
