You must feed your body the things it needs and not the things it want. I always stress the importance of eating right on my clients. There is NO NEED of you working out 7 days a week if you are still eating the same. NOTHING WILL CHANGE!!

You might get a few results in, but you won’t have the results that you DESIRE! You must feed your cells and not yourselves. You must give your body the proteins, fats, water, vitamins, minerals, macro/micronutrients it needs in order to do the thing you wish/hope and to obtain your dream body. Everything worth having always come at a price.
