Yesterday’s Workout

In the beginning of November I started this workout program I created called ” November – Month of Endurance”. I don’t know why I choose that name, but I thought it would be best to be in TOP SHAPE during CHICAGO’S COLD WINTER.

So far the program has been AMAZING. I sometimes switch up the workouts just to make it EVEN MORE INTENSE or sometimes the equipment is taken 😦

The workouts are challenging but they don’t cause much damage on your body since you don’t use machines. However, the results are still there……..AND THE SORENESS!!!

Here is the workout fo TOMA!

  1. Hanging Leg Raises x 4 sets of 25 reps
  2. Knee Tucks x 4 rounds of 25 reps
  3. Mountain Climbers x 4 rounds of 1 minute
  4. Russian Twist x 4 sets of 45 seconds
  5. Ab Wheel x 4 sets of 30
