PLANK Benefits

I’ve been doing 2 minute PLANKS every morning and 2 minute PLANKS every night before bed.

I have noticed a HUGE difference in my core strength, my balance and lower back strength.

Plank poses improves posture, core strength, improve arm strength, develop balance, strengthens lower back and helps flexibility.
