Table Salt 101

Table Salt should be replaced with the much healthier sea salt like Pink Himalayan.

Many fast foods are jam-packed with table salt, as are canned agents and additives, and has gone through several chemical processes before it hits the table; consuming too much table salt can also contribute to high blood pressure and heart disease.

Sea Salt contains all the elements of the ocean and minerals that help draw essential nutrients from food. It has also been reported to lower blood pressure and assist with water retention.
