MY CURRENT PLANS

I just finished this 8 week Plyometric Program. It was an OUTSTANDING workout plan. It was challenging, fun and you got a very good sweat from it.

I loved how you can adjust the reps or workout to your own standards. Also, you can challenge yourself too if needed. I am going to take a week off with training. I am going to recover my mind, body and soul. I am going to meditate, do yoga, stretch daily, foam roll, use my handheld massager (Pure Wave) and just make sure I am recovering to the MAX.
