5 minute Ab Training @ Home

Training the abdominal muscle group is no easy task. The muscles don’t all respond to training at the same rate and there is a core group of abdominals, running beneath the external ones with muscle fibers pointing the opposite way.

This workout is a good start for individuals looking to train Abs at Home.

  • You can build strong abs

  • You can build better coordination plus you will look good on Beach
  1. 60 second Full Plank
  2. 30 second Elbow Plank
  3. 60 second Raise Leg Plank – 30 secs. each leg
  4. 60 second Side Plank – 30 secs. each side
  5. 60 second Elbow Plank

If you need an EXTRA CHALLENGE, I suggest completing this workout routine 2x to 3x times.
