Strength & Balance @Home Workout

A good balance is the result of a strong core, stable tendons and powerful support muscl groups. Balance exercises help develop the muscle groups and tendons needed for developing muscular control, great physical prowess and the kind of body strength that marks true athletes.

This workout is a SEQUENCE. Meaning you will go from one move directly into the net move. 10 times in total (5 each side) = 1 set. 5 sets – Rest up to 2 Minutes

  1. Lunge
  2. Deep Lunge Elbow Bent
  3. Deep Lunge
  4. Knee Raise
  5. Knee Raise Press
  6. Balance Stand
