Today’s Workout: Focus on a HIGH BURN – 3 sets, Rest up to 2 minutes

Muscles Worked: Shoulders, Chest, Abs, Hamstrings, Quads, Glutes, Calves

  1. 20 High Knees
  2. 10 Squats
  3. 10 Jump Squats
  4. 20 High Knees
  5. 10 Shoulder Taps
  6. 10 Shoulder Tap Push-Ups
  7. 20 High Knees
  8. 10 Flutter Kicks
  9. 10 Leg Raises

Tuesday’s Workout: Focus on Strength/Balance – 5 sets, Rest up to 2 minutes

Thursday’s Workout: Focus on Abs
