Wednesday’s Workout is focused on ABS‼️

Wednesday — Abs

Sit-ups x 4 sets of 15

6 inches x 4 sets of 30 seconds

Flutter Kicks x 4 sets of 30 seconds

Leg Crossovers x 4 sets of 30 seconds

Crunches x 4 sets of 15

Plank x 4 sets

⁃ 1 set is 30 seconds regular plank than 15 second on each side with side plank

* FYI, abs are made in the KITCHEN 🤭💯

No weights needed.

No gym needed.
