I decided to go Plant based on Aug 21, 2017 after watching documentaries about health, wellness and food!
I decided to try it out for 2 weeks. Those 2 weeks were intense! Especially the first one because I really didn’t know what to eat.
However on week 2 things got a lot better. I started looking up recipes and started cooking more which made it EASIER!
This lifestyle isn’t much different! It just makes you observe your food and helps you learn more about food. For example, learning the importance of different food groups and etc.
8 months deep and I REGRET NOTHING!
I feel good, I look good, and there’s nothing better than that!
