In squat I want you to feel the bodyweight on your feet, exhale and then lower body.
If you take a deep breathe before a squat, your body moves forward and your driving everything forward.
The disadvantage is your abdomen thoracic moving forward which is not a good idea.
You need to exhale first, then when you inhale that will activate your abdomen.
1. soft knees, abs activated
2. sit down and back
3. knees over foot
4. keep a vertical torso
5. push out on knees -like your trying to spread the floor
6. on the way up, push through the floor
You must enter and exit any workout with good form.
If you start with bad form than more than likely you will end with bad form.
