6.       BE POLITE!! FOR SOME PEOPLE GOING TO THE GYM IS CRAZY DIFFICULT, DON’T MAKE FUN OF THEM.

7.       DON’T HOG THE MACHINES/WEIGHTS.

8.       NO CURLING IN THE SQUAT RACK!!

9.       WORK HARD & HAVE FUN.

10.    HEAD HIGH & BE PROUD…. THIS STUFF IS HARD.

11.    IT’S YOUR SWEAT SO WIPE IT OFF.
