Physical Fitness has been very Popular lately, especially when it’s the
“NEW YEAR NEW ME PHASE”.
Some people believe it will prevent them from becoming ill, even though the evidence for this belief is sketchy. Others believe it will make them thin, even though exercise alone doesn’t usually burn off enough calories fast enough to transform their bodies for the approaching bathing suit season. Still other believe physical fitness activities will rehabilitate them from conditions required in terms of time and energy.
TRUE FITNESS = a state of health where your physical, social, mental, emotional and spiritual health’s are balanced. When these 5 health components are in balance, a high level of wellness is achieved.
Physical fitness programs should be designed to achieve this balance and to improve each component of health. In this way, fitness programs will result in high-level wellness.
